Lone Gold started out as a sports website on July 12, 2013. The website would be launched about one month later.
Lone Gold is headquartered in Fort Worth, TX
Lone Gold is an organization that focuses on advertising and marketing. We explore the possible impact it has on the communities they are in. While our primary focus has been in the sports and recreation industry, we have expanded out to other industries as well.
Currently, we have four. In addition to Lone Gold that currently serves as our corporate site, we also have Lone Gold Sports, The Gamer Experience Review (The GXPR), and Pathfinder by Lone Gold.
The Phillips Method, named after Lone Gold founder Aaron Phillips, was the first model for the Lone Gold Ranking System. It was a 3 in 1 ranking that comprised of the scores of the Game Differential Standings (GDS), Game Management Percentage (GMP), and Group Percentile Rankings (GPR). All the scores are aggregated and the ranking position would be established.
Project 13 was named in honor of when Lone Gold was founded as a sports website in 2013. The idea started off as an archiving project that quickly became the baseline for Lone Gold Games. It is an ongoing project that we currently use in coordination with our ranking system.
Our official rankings are done every week during the regular season. In the postseason, we conduct the final rankings once the league's championship has been decided.
Yes. However, the daily results are considered unofficial. We perform this ranking in order for fans to understand the team's momentum.
